The Great Songs and Sounds from the Early
Days of Rock and Roll
Stations from Long Island to the coast of California are taking
people to a special time when "life was but a dream" and the music
told the stories of romance, cool cars, love lost and regained,
and the promise of a bright tomorrow.
Rockin' & Romantic Songs of the Late Fifties
and Sixties
On each program, host Jim Parsons keeps listeners hopping with lively
dialog mixed with rockin' and romantic tunes from the late fifties
and sixties. For two hours, Jim shares his knowledge and love of
the music from this era, with rapt audiences. His fabulous play
list along with inside "Stories Behind the Songs", and conversations
with songwriters, record producers and artists who created the hits,
keep audiences coming back week after week.
